During Business Hours

We accept pet emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Please call us at 305-974-5510 to confirm if we can get your pet a same-day appointment. If we cannot see your pet, we will refer you to an emergency pet hospital. Please see the “After Hours Emergency Care” section below.

What Is Considered A Pet Emergency

There are several signs that may indicate your pet is experiencing a medical emergency. These include:

  • Difficulty breathing
  • Unconsciousness
  • Severe bleeding
  • Ingestion of toxic substances
  • Severe vomiting or diarrhea
  • Inability to urinate
  • Seizures
  • Difficulty standing or walking
  • Extreme lethargy
  • Trauma or injury

If you notice any of these signs in your pet, it’s important to seek emergency vet services immediately.
