We can't say enough good things about our experience at Amor Animal Hospital. Our French Bulldog, Georgia Peach, saw Dr. Chin for a dental issue and later Dr. Roa when she suddenly developed vomiting and diarrhea, right as we were preparing to leave for a long planned vacation. During that GI episode, we also discovered she needed a dental extraction, which added another layer of worry, especially given how nervous anesthesia makes us as Frenchie parents.

We were seriously considering canceling our trip because we were so worried about Georgia Peach and didn't feel right leaving her with our dog sitter in that condition. Katrina, one of the vet techs, went above and beyond to ease our minds. She sat down and spoke with us for several minutes, walked us through what to expect, and even showed us the operating rooms to help us feel confident in her care. She reassured us that we were doing right by our dog and told us plainly that if she felt it was urgent, she'd tell us to cancel our trip. We truly cannot overstate how much her kindness meant to us during such a stressful time.

Dr. Chin was wonderful and consistently followed up on Georgia Peach's dental care, even taking the time to email us directly while we were away on vacation to check in on how she was doing. That level of care and attention meant so much and put our minds at ease while we were traveling. Dr. Roa and vet tech Saige also took great care of her during the GI episode, and Mercedes, who handled Georgia Peach's discharge after her dental procedure, was thorough and patient walking us through all the post op instructions. Valentina at the front desk was endlessly patient answering what felt like a constant stream of calls from us. She was always kind and helpful, never once made us feel like a bother.

Every single person we interacted with treated Georgia Peach, and us, with real compassion. We're so thankful to have found a practice we trust this much.
