At our facility, the safety and satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. We understand that your time is valuable, and we want to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. That’s why we have implemented a few policies to protect our customers and maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Appointment Policy

We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we make every effort to maintain punctuality with our appointments. We strive to ensure that both you and your pet receive the best service and have sufficient time with our doctors to address any concerns. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to changes in your plans. Therefore, we kindly ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another pet in need of care. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

For surgical appointments, we require a deposit to secure the surgery date. Once scheduled, we will provide you with the appropriate drop-off and pick-up times.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and check in at our front desk. If your pet is suspected of having a contagious disease (such as coughing, sneezing, or fleas), we kindly ask that you remain in your vehicle and carefully follow the instructions provided by our staff regarding check-in procedures.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, rest assured that we will make every effort to accommodate and reschedule your pet as soon as possible, prioritizing those who arrived on time.

Pharmacy And Prescription Management

We offer an on-site pharmacy ensuring you leave our clinic with all your pet’s needs, from parasite prevention to antibiotics or prescription food. Additionally, our user-friendly online pharmacy allows you to conveniently have other medications shipped directly to your home.
